From 14 November to 18 December 2024, the Ever After Garden returns to the heart of Mayfair, transforming Grosvenor Square into a luminous sanctuary of remembrance. With over 30,000 illuminated white roses, each rose is a glowing tribute to cherished loved ones, lighting up the night with warmth, memory, and hope.
A Unique Tradition in London
First established in 2019, the Ever After Garden has become a much-loved annual tradition. Co-founded by designer Anya Hindmarch and writer Camilla Morton, this enchanting garden is inspired by their friend, the late Production Designer Michael Howells, whose celebrated works include films like Nanny McPhee, Orlando, and the Ever After Cinderella remake. This luminous tribute blends beauty with purpose, inviting visitors to celebrate memories while supporting a vital cause.
Dedicate a Rose to a Loved One
Visitors to the Ever After Garden are encouraged to add a personal dedication to one of the glowing roses. For a minimum donation of £10, you can inscribe the name of a loved one and place it alongside a rose. Donations can be made in person or online, ensuring everyone has the chance to participate, whether near or far.
Your contributions go directly to The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, funding groundbreaking research at The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer center. From pioneering clinical trials to the development of innovative treatments, every donation helps to improve the lives of cancer patients worldwide.
A Shared Mission of Hope
“The Ever After Garden holds a special place in the hearts of so many people,” says Anya Hindmarch, co-founder and Trustee of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. “This beautiful space offers a sense of hope, bringing us together to remember treasured loved ones in a very powerful way.”
Echoing this sentiment, Camilla Morton adds, “We wanted to find beauty in memory, rather than sadness in loss, and create a beautiful moment to remember and reflect on those we have lost.”
